The Harvest Missions Outreach Center is a ministry of LTLL Global Ministries, Inc. The mission of LTLL Global Ministries, Inc. is to serve and empower "the least of these" and to support and equip nonprofit organizations that are committed to and practice the principles of Christian love.
One of our primary objectives of Harvest Missions is to feed "the least of these." Since 2013, we have delivered food to those without transportation or the physical ability to get to food pantries. We operated a weekly food distribution to seniors at the Randallstown Senior Center in Maryland. We have delivered food to homeless shelters as well as taking food packages to homeless encampments throughout Baltimore City and County. We have and are still collecting donations of clothing and personal items to distribute to those who are homeless and household items for homeless families moving into transitional housing. Collectively we have served thousands of “least of these.” in the DMV area.
In May of 2021, we established the Harvest Missions Outreach Center in Front Royal, VA. From the outreach center, we will be going into communities where families are struggling to make ends meet. We will bring food as well as household and personal items.
The outreach center will also be a place to bring community members together to work together to create solutions for the community's challenges.

A licensed Christian Counselor, Lori Howard has a passion for healing those who are bound in addiction and other strongholds. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Calvary Theological Seminary. She was trained in both secular and faith-based behavioral health programs. In 2003, she founded Arms Wide Open Ministries, a faith-based outpatient behavioral health facility in southern West Virginia. It was there that the Exodus program was birthed. The Exodus program was such a success; it became a provider for the Monroe County Day Report and Home Confinement programs. Due to the success of the program, Lori was invited to attend the first White House Conference on Faith-Based Initiatives. In 2016, God gave Lori the vision for Harvest Missions Centers. The mission centers build upon what was started with Arms Wide Open.
Lori’s heart is outreach ministry. You will often find her out delivering food or ministering to the homeless.
Lori’s greatest joy is her daughter, Leah, who is an incredibly talented photographer, fashion designer and graphic designer, Leah is also called to ministry and is currently working on her second book.
